Founded in 1983, by Mark Green, Centerline Construction Company has grown steadily over the last 30-plus years to now employ over 200 people.

We quickly outgrew our original Owings Mills office, and in 1987 Centerline Construction moved to its current location at 3200 Elm Avenue in Hampden, an uptown neighborhood of Baltimore.
Our customers are General Contractors, Developers, Government Agencies, and Property Owners. Office buildings, office fit outs, government and defense department facilities, hospitals and healthcare facilities, schools/universities, retail centers, and tenants – all of these are on our resume.
Centerline has been active in the Healthcare sector in recent years and understands that these facilities require special attention to detail, in coordination with the surrounding facility. Our projects have included 16 different hospital campuses in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. area.
Centerline is also familiar with the particular requirements of U.S. Government projects and working under the Army Corps of Engineers. We have completed numerous projects for Defense Industry clients and maintain a workforce of citizens with security clearance.
We also have staff members who are LEED accredited professionals with the U.S. Green Building Council.
We have a long-term relationship with most of our customers. We have been honored to work with several of them for over 25 years and appreciate that we are still their “go to” subcontractor. We believe it is our commitment to maintaining a consistent level of high-quality, on-time delivery that has earned us their loyalty.
